The Maids in Downington

There is nothing like coming home from work to a clean fresh house! Have been a customer for over 15 years. My Red team does an amazing job every visit. Lisa is fabulous and goes the extra mile. She is so professional and really takes pride in her work.

I absolutely 💜 💜 💜 my Purple Team!!! I am having a holiday party in my home for my staff and I requested that the team, which always does an excellent job, make my home sparkle. The team outdid themselves today and my home looks brand new. Many, many thanks to the awesome and mighty Purple Team.

We have been using The Maids of Downingtown for almost 8.5 years now. They have been wonderful. They are great at communicating, courteous, and they do an excellent job! If we ever need to change things up, or focus on one area of the house, they quickly adapt as well. They work in teams so they are able to work quickly in your home to minimize disruption. Very thankful to have them!

The Maids came to the residence for cleaning services Lisa focused on the kitchen and did an excellent job. Jennifer and Dave worked on the other rooms in the home, and I was very pleased with the job that they all had done. I would not hesitate recommending The Maids if anyone needed cleaning services.

I would give it ZERO honestly. I used to work here and quit. Horrible management (Deb Gallagher). She overworks her employees and lies. She would mess with employees schedules to reduce their pay checks. (I’ve had mine messed with twice). She has severe “Memory” issues when she’s caught in lies. When I quit, for the very last time (I had quit once before because I could not handle Deb as my manager. I was her “slave” and she had me clean biohazard products in a home COVERED IN BLOOD SMEARED WALLS AND POOP SMEARED ALL OVER FLOORS WHICH I HAVE PHOTOS OF TO THIS DAY). She had tried to lie saying a customer had caught me smoking weed in front of the house when that was never the case, never true. I was always professional. When Deb (the one who runs this place) is not happy with a customer or a worker of hers, she will lie and she will get “revenge”. So if you ARE a customer and you call to cancel, or call to complain over something small, WATCH OUT FOR HER WRATH!!!! 😮‍💨 ALSO SHE ALLOWS WORKERS WITH NO DRIVERS LICENSE DRIVE THE COMPANY CARS AND ALLOWS THEM TO TAKE THEM HOME!! I HAVE PROOF OF EVERYTHING I HAD STATED 😊. And to everyone who commented saying they had called to cancel yet the team STILL SHOWED UP, IT WAS NOT AN ACCIDENT! SHE NEVER CANCELED BECAUSE SHE ALWAYS HAD HOPE OF OPPORTUNITY!!! YOU ARE NOTHING BUT CASH IN HER POCKETS!!!
